Your comfortable suite / lodge in alpine style
Our lodges in Fiè allo Sciliar are lovingly handcrafted from natural woods from our own forests. The furnishings are made of solid, high-quality wood and natural stone. Electric roof sliding windows and gable glazing with integrated sun protection in the suites ensure cosy rooms flooded with light. The cosy, sustainable warmth of the underfloor heating comes from the farm’s own wood chip system.
Depending on the suite/lodge, you will find individual furnishings and extras such as sofa, hanging swing, seating, FULL HD TV, mini fridge, safe, tea bar, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, minibar with drinks and snacks, cosy bathrobes, shower and bath lotion, infrared sauna, Jacuzzi whirlool and much more.

Our wellness private suite “Alpin-Relax” impresses with its unique luxury with private infrared cabin, Jacuzzi whirlpool, roof terrace and spacious living ambience. On request, we will be happy to make you an individual offer for our new “Alpin-Relax” Private Suite, with breakfast adapted to your wishes.
If you need a day out, you also have the option of booking for only a day.

Prices are per day and apartment (price for 2 persons). For each additional person we charge additionally the indicated daily price.

CONDITIONS & PRICE CONDITIONS
Prices and discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 5 nights per apartment and night.
In low season, when booking a room for less than 3 days, the high season price applies.
In low season, when booking an apartment for less than 5 days, the high season price applies.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, dish towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity and heating, the final cleaning and all fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax.
The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (Euro 1.75 per day and person above 14 years of age).
Separated will be charged: farm products and drinks
Discounts for children
- Kids up to 2,99 years stay with us free of charge.
- Children from 3-6 years get a 50% discount on breakfast
- Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed
Reservation / Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
Additional charges & Terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 30% of the total price has been paid.

In case of a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. In addition, the following cancellation conditions apply.
In low season, for stays in the apartment of less than 7 days, the high season price applies. This does not include bed & breakfast.
In low season, if you stay less than 2 days in our guest rooms, we charge the high season price.
The costs of final cleaning are included in the price if the apartment is left in a reasonable state.
Payment: Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 16.00 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but it’s depending on availability and upon request. In case of a delay (after 19.00 clock), we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment/room not later than 10.00 clock so that it is cleaned in time for our next guests. If the apartment or room will be leaved later this can be made possible by personal agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday. Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price.
Cancellation insurance
However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here:
